SAP Data Migration Flow
- The functional team prepared the FSDs working with the business. The Tech team was responsible for reviewing and approving each of the FSDs
- Connected to Data sources using SAP Data Services and extracted all necessary data to build and analyse the data object
- Developed Translation Tables in order to analyse the data and ensure it is compatible with the new SAP HANA configuration values
- The data was analysed and reviewed with the functional team to review with the business
- (Data Cleansing is not required for this Data Object)
- Jobs are built in Data Services that will perform all the Extraction, Transformation, and Load
- Data Quality
- Load data from Data Services to SAP using Standard Abap / LTMC program.
- Prepare metrics and reports for the data loaded into SAP
- Build reconciliation and validation reports from the data just loaded, to review with the business
